We are a team of typists with an average speed of 80wpm, whose wide range of clients include solicitors, financial advisors, therapists, psychiatrists and consultants whom we assist with typing letters, memos, Court documents, attendance notes, reports, planning committee meetings, case statements, witness statements and assessments and any general typing required.

We can work with templates so that the documents are produced to corporate style or guidelines allowing us to provide clients with professional documents according to their needs.

Pro-Admin are able to meet fast turnaround times with the majority of work returned to you the same day. We are available at short notice and we also work evenings and weekends – we work when the work is there!

Client confidentiality is of paramount importance to us; we have confidentiality agreements in place with all our typists and in turn have agreements with all new clients.

Our audio typing rates are simple and straightforward;

Our standard rates (as at 1st January 2025) are just £1.20 per audio minute / €1.45 per audio minute and for urgently required documents we charge £1.50 per audio minute /  €1.75 per audio minute.

Conferences / meetings / multiple speakers are charged at £1.40 per audio minute / €1.65 per audio minute.

Copy typing  is charged at £25 per hour / €29 per hour.

VAT charged at standard rate.  There are no retainers or fixed contracts and no additional monthly fees.
